A very warm welcome to all new and existing students! We are excited to bring you some useful information, exciting events, and building a sense of community across all geology years, and with other societies.
We aim to bring you some fantastic social events including pub quizzes and pub crawls. We are hoping to have some talks and lectures from companies useful for geology graduates including BP and Pale Blue Dot.
Membership
Membership is £5 this year and will give you access to some great talks by external organisations and university staff members. This year we are hosting study groups and of course, some interesting and lively social events! You will also receive a Revolution card to receive money off food and drink!
Why not join the committee?
Have you considered becoming a committee member yourself? We are currently looking for a first year representative, a covid officer and a Social media Secretary. These are vital roles and will provide you with an opportunity to shape how we run the society, a chance for progression (could you be next year's President?), it will add to your enhanced transcript and is valued by future employers.
