AUSA Democratic Review 2018/19

Every three years AUSA conducts a review of the Sabbatical Officer roles within the Association. During 2018/19, we also asked you for your feedback on all of AUSA's democratic procedures, how decisions are made and most importantly how these decisions are guided by students. The information gathered as part of this review was collated and presented as part of a report with recommendations to AUSA's AGM 2019. A subsequent General Meeting approved these recommendations and they will now be taken forward by the Trustee Board in conjunction with the Student Council.

October 2019 Update: 

Over the summer and into the start of this academic year, we have been considering how best to implement the Democratic Review which was passed by our students at the General Meeting held earlier this year. At present, we continue to work up proposals which will be presented to Student Council and the Trustee Board for approval as directed by students and can provide an update as below.
