Supplier

The supplier for our committee and sports kits is The Stevenson Group. They provide quality products at an affordable rate and offer a range of non-specific sporting attire that non-competing clubs can make use of, allowing them to feel included within the Sports Union community, both on and off-campus. 

 

Sizing and Samples

The Students' Union have a stock of sample clothing and sizes available in the Students' Union Sports Office | ASV | Linksfield Rd | Aberdeen, AB24 5RU. You dont need an appointment to come and have a look - feel free to pop in past.

All items are available in unisex sizes XS(38”), S(40”), M(42”), L(44”), XL(46”), and 2XL(48”).

 

Committee Kit - how to order

The form for Society and Group Committee Kit orders is under review and will be available soon.

 

Sports Kit - how to order 

There are two ways to order your Sports Kit

  2. email Callum Bell Sports Account Manager ( PSL) on callumbell@xxvsportswear.com  .

Payment and Invoicing

Prices can be found on the Students’ Union Activity Committee Kit Order Form

Following receipt of your order, a pro-forma invoice will be issued from Stevensons to your Activity @AUSA Email address as indicated on the order form .

Full payment of this invoice is required prior to the submission of your order into production. 

 

Production time

Processing times can vary.

  • XXV standard items will take approx. 3 weeks for delivery following payment,
  • Sublimated and new kit will take approx. 5 weeks.
  • Canterbury stock will take approx. 8-10 weeks. 

 

Delivery

For any orders under £250, there is a £6.95 delivery charge automatically applied by PSL.

Delivery will normally by via DPD. Notification of delivery will be issued by PSL when the delivery has been released. All deliveries will be addressed to the Students' Union Sports Office.  The Students Union Sports Office will be in touch when the delivery has been received and is ready for collection.
