The Centre for Lifelong Learning provides:

  • A wide range of access, part-time and distance learning courses that can lead to University Certificates and Diplomas in Higher Education and BA and BSc degrees.
  • Campus based lectures and tutorials or delivery via audio and video conferencing throughout the North and North East of Scotland at our network of learning centres
  • An increasing number of our courses are available on-line from anywhere in the world via ground breaking technology that captures and distributes ‘live’ lectures and makes them available via the internet.
  • A specialist and dedicated support and guidance team to help and assist part-time and distance learning students through their studies no matter their age or background.
  • A unique full-time access Summer School, which upon successful completion, guarantees students a place on the majority of full-time undergraduate courses at the University.
